Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Such a Retreat, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to balance flexibility for our guests with the commitments made to our retreat partners and service providers.

Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• The deposit amount varies by retreat and will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
• Unless otherwise stated for a specific retreat, the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances except where Such a Retreat or the retreat organizer cancels the retreat.

Guest Cancellations

30 Days or More Before the Retreat

If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the retreat start date, you will receive a refund of all amounts paid, excluding:

• the non-refundable deposit; and
• any payment processing fees that are non-refundable.

Less Than 30 Days Before the Retreat

If you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat start date, all payments are non-refundable.

Retreat Cancellation

If Such a Retreat or the retreat organizer cancels the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including your deposit.

Such a Retreat is not responsible for airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, accommodation outside the retreat, or any other personal travel expenses incurred by guests.
